Ticket merging has been enhanced to support consolidating multiple tickets at once, allowing agents to merge up to 10 tickets from the same contact into a single ticket in one action, replacing the previous one-at-a-time merge process.
The merge flow has been revised with a clearer two-step process: first select source (losing) tickets, then choose the destination (winning) ticket.
This improvement significantly reduces time spent on repetitive merging tasks and provides greater flexibility in ticket consolidation workflows. For more information, visit our knowledge article.
